I would just like to say a big thank you for sending the replacement support layer for my husband’s mattress; he is now finding it so much more comfortable.  We are both now enjoying our wonderful mattresses and getting better sleep and support for our backs.  We have an adjustable bed and now my husband has the correct support for himself and I have a different level of support on my side of the bed, it's marvellous.

We would also like to say thank you for the excellent service as well as the excellent products.

We have had our bed for a couple of weeks now and are delighted with it, thank you very much, Carl was very helpful and conscientious and the bed went together well, we hope he got back OK.

The mattresses are very comfortable, and both my wife and I are getting better night's rest than before, we had no idea how bad our old inner spring mattress had until we slept on the new bed!

The massage units are fun and seem to benefit us both - my back is a lot less troublesome than it has been, and movement during the day is easier.

A great big thank you for all your help and advice. Having ordered our bespoke memory foam mattress on Saturday and to have it delivered the following Tuesday amazed me to say the least. You did say you would process my order quickly!  Then came the biggest surprise of all, I explained at the time of ordering that I had chronic sciatica and was in almost constant discomfort, having slept on our memory foam mattress for nearly a month now I can honestly say I rarely have any pain these days, my partner's long standing lower back pain has also disappeared. My quality of life is so much better, I sleep well and wake refreshed and positively look forward to going to bed.

Your normal delivery times are very good but your response to my request to be prioritised because of my wife's illness resulted in such a quick delivery I felt I had to pass on my complements.

We have only had one night to test the new mattress but we both believe it is going to improve our sleep and are hopeful that it will go a long way to easing my wife's discomfort.

    We cannot speak highly enough of the service we received from the delivery person, (Malcolm, we think his name was).  He was at all times polite, efficient and helpful.  A very good representative of your company.

*    The Bed itself:

We are absolutely delighted with the bed, it is extremely well made, extremely comfortable and a joy to sleep in. The vibrating system is fun and never fails to put me to sleep!   Also it looks very smart and we will not hesitate to recommend your company to friends and family (although I do admit to feeling a little guilty, my brother is a sales rep for Craftmatic !!!)
